Whitefaced Woodland 4ply Hand Dyed Yarn- Ferney Beds
** LIMITED EDITION **
100% British Whitefaced Woodland yarn, spun in Yorkshire, with wool from the 2021 clip of Ed and Laura’s Whitefaced woodland sheep which can be found grazing around the moor above Heptonstall.
Our yarn has been lovingly hand dyed by Saz at Mackay Designs. She uses foraged or locally grown dye materials to hand dye small batches of yarn at her home in the Pennine’s.
This Ferney Beds yarn has been dyed with foraged Nettles. Due to the natural dying process there is some colour variation within each skein, we think this is a feature of the yarn. Please bare this in mind if ordering 2 or more skeins of the same colour as we cannot guarantee they will be an exact match of each other.
The yarn has a high twist which is durable and suitable for shawls, sweaters and mittens.
Please bare in mind the colour of the yarn has been shown in the picture as accurately as possible but colours may vary from different computer/ phone screens.
Cool hand wash only
