Postage Updates!

Just a very very quick message from us to note that we are so sorry about the current delays in some of the parcels making their way over to America and Canada - there seems to be no logic to which States/parcels are getting through in a timely manner and which ones are taking way more time!

As you know they are all sent from the same Post Office in Heptonstall, using Royal Mail which is our most trusted delivery service, however due to the current shipping and customs crisis making parcel prices spike skyward (both sides of the pond) we have been sending them economy delivery to keep the Kickstarter shipping costs to our supporters as reasonable as possible (economy usually guarantees a 2 week turn around, however officially can take up to 8 weeks). This also means that we place our trust in the Royal Mail system and the differing State delivery companies they work with and don't allow us to see any shipping information. 

We realise this is not an ideal situation, and will be offering different tracking options for postage through the website going forward - this has been a huge learning curve for us all!
